FAQ

What happens when I add more connections to my existing subscription?"

New connections are simply added to your existing subscription, no separate billing cycle is created. You'll pay a prorated amount for the remaining time until your renewal date, then all connections renew together.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes! You can change your billing cycle at any time. In the Subscription section of your dashboard, you will find a toggle switch that allows you to flip between "Monthly" and "Yearly." Simply toggle to your preferred cycle and confirm the change to update your plan.
