Closed Ecosystem
Swiss banks operate in a private network that prioritizes internal security over external integration.
No Open Banking Regulation
Unlike the EU’s PSD2 mandate, Swiss law does not currently require banks to share data with third-party providers.
Institutional Focus
The market primarily serves wealth management and private banking, where third-party data sharing is traditionally restricted.
Limited Provider Support
Global connectivity partners do not currently offer reliable retail links for Swiss accounts. Even specialized services like Salt Edge have discontinued their support for the region.
What About Other Apps?
Based on our research, no personal finance apps or open banking providers currently integrate with Swiss banks. If you're aware of any providers that do, please let us know—we'd love to explore it!
