How to Connect

  1. Go to the connections page

  2. Click ”+ New Connection”

  3. Select “Asia Pacific banks”

    Hello

  4. Search for your bank by name

  5. Log in through your bank’s website (secure, we never see your password)

  6. Authorize read-only access

  7. Select which accounts to sync

  8. You’ll be redirected back to Lunch Flow and your connection will be created. You can now configure your destination or connect more accounts.

🔒 Security & Privacy

All bank connections are read-only and encrypted. Lunch Flow never sees your login credentials and cannot move money.

FAQs

Can I refresh my transactions automatically?

Given the lack of a standardized API in Pacific Asia, if your bank has 2FA enabled, we aren't able to automatically refresh your transactions. You can manually refresh your transactions at any time from the Connections page by reconnecting your bank.

Does Finverse support Citibank HK?

Status Finverse has not supported Citibank HK since 2022. There are currently no plans to re-enable this connection.

Does Finverse support Citibank SG?

Support ended in November 2025 following Citibank’s update to a QR code-based 2FA. This method is not compatible with mobile devices, as users cannot scan a code displayed on their own screen. We do not expect support to return unless Citibank modifies this authentication flow.

Does Finverse support Maybank Malaysia?

Finverse does not currently support Maybank Malaysia. While connectivity may have been available in the past, it is not part of the current supported institution list.
