How to Connect

  1. Go to the connections page

  2. Click ”+ New Connection”

  3. Select “US & Canada banks”

    Hello

  4. Search for your bank by name

  5. Log in through your bank’s website (secure, Lunch Flow never sees your password)

  6. Authorize read-only access

  7. Select which accounts to sync

  8. You’ll be redirected back to Lunch Flow and your connection will be created. You can now configure your destination or connect more accounts.

    ​Connection Stability

    Due to the nature of open banking in the US and Canada, particularly the lack of a standardized API, connections are not guaranteed to be stable. You may experience issues connecting to your bank, or find that your connection expires after a certain period and requires re-authorization.

    What we've done:

    • Made the reconnection process as smooth as possible

    • You'll receive an email notification if MX alerts us that your connection needs renewal

    • You can manually trigger a reconnection at any time from the Connections page

    🔒 Security & Privacy

    All bank connections are read-only and encrypted. Lunch Flow never sees your login credentials and cannot move money.
